Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund. AgencySmart will refund any charges made in the 5 days prior to your refund request, and cancel your subscription. You can request a refund by emailing with the name of your company, the date of the charge, and the amount. To help us verify the transaction, please provide the full name on the credit card, type of card, and the last 4 digits of the credit card. It can take 1 to 5 days to review the request, after which we will send you a confirmation email.
